Nickolas Moes

Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Nickolas founded Structured Financial Services and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He attended Lake Superior State University in Michigan graduating with highest honors and receiving multiple awards including the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award, and achieving a bachelor’s degree focused in Finance & Economics and Business Administration Management.

He and his wife have lived in Dallas-Fort Worth since 2007 and have five amazing kids. He started his career working at a Private Equity Fund and subsequently moved into other companies and industries working in Finance and Accounting. In 2012, Nickolas went to work for Fidelity Investments where his clients became some of the industry’s largest Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisory firms. In his tenure he gained significant inside knowledge of the financial services industry and saw firsthand how many put their financials ahead of the clients interest, while obscuring transparency.

Nickolas is excited to start Structured Financial and is passionate about bringing transparency to the financial services industry by explaining the true costs of investing, focusing on the best interest of our clients, and educating consumers on making the best short and long term financial decisions for themselves, their families, and even their businesses.
